hotspot at specific time in a 360 video

Hi
Is it possible to insert hotspot in a video at a specific timeframe in the video ?
For example as the video is in movement I want a hotspot to show only when we reach a specific moment in the video.

You can use PanoVideo Creator Pro.
It allows to place different types of hotspots and order the time (start and end) of their appearance.
This is GUI - simply order the time.
You can also add "starttime" and "endtime" attributes for hotspot's xml node
