We have uploaded a virtual tour and it is displaying perfectly on all phones and windows browsers but is not displaying at all when using mac version of chrome. The link is http://distinctive360.co.uk/ .

it seems the current Chrome versions has some WebGL rendering problems (bugs) with some Mac GPUs.
But that's nothing that could be fixed from krpano side. Better report the problem to Google.
