MAKE VTOUR (NORMAL) droplet from CUBES

Hi Klaus,

In my workflow I use the Convert SPHERE to CUBE droplet. Then I create the vtour directly from the CUBE files using the MAKE VTOUR droplet. It works fine for the MULTIRES droplet but is generating bad vtour when using the MAKE VTOUR (NORMAL) droplet.

The result of such a processing are seen here:

Seems that the tour.xml is not set right.

Please advise.

Hi,

that looks very strange...

I have no idea what you could cause such, but I would assume there is already something with the input...
Are you sure that MULTIRES works, but NORMAL not?

Klaus,

The default setting in the vtour-normal.config like:
maxsize=8000
maxcubesize=2048
works well. Another setting like auto/auto or auto/4096 or 10000/4096 does not work!
Interresting that these settings work OK when directly the SHERE (PTGui output file) is used.

The MAKE VTOUR NORMAL droplet documentation gives no info what is possible to change:
"The pano images will be fully loaded at once. The maximum size of cube-side will be
limited / reduced to 2048 pixels by default (can be changed in the config file)."
