VR One Plus Headset Settings

Anyone have any recommended headset settings for a VR One Plus Headset? Having trouble adjusting the settings correctly to be comfortable in the viewer. The VR One preset works but the field of view is too narrow (too much black at periphery). When I try to enlarge the field of view, the distortion is off.

Any help on to recommended settings, or even how to measure, figure out correct settings for a headset would be greatly appreciated.
