Novice coder here. I am having trouble adding or turning on the radar feature in the vtourskin.xml. I am not looking to create custom map container, but just have radar visible in standard map that is generated through vtour(multires). I found old thread regarding adding <radar visible= "true"/> to bing maps layer. I changed radar visible= false to true in "skin_map_container", turned skin maps to true under skin settings, changed map from google to bing, and added bing api key.
Now I have bing map instead of Google, but no radar. any help would be great. Thanks!
