I got this solution.
get(plugin[map].radar[0].visible);
if you name the radar inside Google Map plugin, you may access like this
get(plugin[map].radar[myRadarName].visible);
Also set() action is run for me like
set(plugin[map].radar[myRadarName].visible, false);
set(plugin[map].radar[myRadarName].visible, true);
set(plugin[map].radar.visible, true);
I think the code doesn't work anyway.
Because radar object is like array you should pick up a specific one like.
instead of
