Customising functionality on a Gigpixel view ?

HI
I'm very new to all this so please bear with me ! I have been building and compositing some large Gigapixel images, using KRPano and am now looking to host them on my own website.
I have that working in its basic form with the wordpress plugin, but would like to tweak the way it works. I've looked through threads and the info section but don't really know where to start !
Id like to:
- slow down the speed at which it zooms in
- have it zoom in to one specific point on the image
- stop it from zooming in as far as it presently does, as it goes beyond 100% magnification.

If anyone can help me with this it'd be very much appreciated.

Thanks
Tony

Hi,

Quoted

- slow down the speed at which it zooms in
See the *fovchange, fovspeed, fovfriction settings:
https://krpano.com/docu/xml/#control.keybfovchange

Quoted

- have it zoom in to one specific point on the image
Use e.g. the lookto action:
https://krpano.com/docu/actions/#lookto

Quoted

- stop it from zooming in as far as it presently does, as it goes beyond 100% magnification.
Set maxpixelzoom to 1.0:
https://krpano.com/docu/xml/#view.maxpixelzoom

Best regards,
Klaus

Hi Klaus

Thankyou very much for the links, they're very useful. Is there anywhere that explains where I put all these commands ? Do I edit the pano.xml file for each gigapixel ?

Thanks again

Tony

Yes - read these two pages:

Hi Klaus

Thanks again for these two pointers. I'm afraid I still do not understand where these commands go ? Apologies, but I'm new to this and most of the forum info seems to point towards displaying 360 panos, rather than flattened gigapixel shots.

Thanks again.
Tony
