Open tour.xml
Create copy of one scene
Adapt name, remove lar lng or manualy define
keep it clean

Code

<scene name="new_scene".... >
.
.
</scene>

Open vue.xml and copy from view until just before </krpano>

Code

<view ... />
	<preview ..../>
	<image ....>
		<level tiledimagewidth="8000" tiledimageheight="2834">
			<cylinder url="vue.tiles/pano_%v%h.jpg" />
		</level>
	</image>

paste this into tour.xml new scene placeholder.

Restart tour. This should work.

Thanks Umalo I gave it a good try but I stuffed it up.
Would I able to have an arrow hotspot from 360 tour to cylindrical pano.
I attached the xml file if you have time to help then I can trace it up learn from it.

Something like attached tour.xml
Take care to copy folder vue.tiles to panos folder where other sources are
Yes you can have hotspots but take care I thing ATH ranges. See this

It worked great. It have small issues

When I switch switched from virtual tour to Flat panorama the function on screen dragging is removed only the with arrows it can be moved left to right.
On mobile there are no arrows so its disabled on mobile version.
Is there a way to drag the panorama from left to rigt with mouse or touch screen then only arrows.

You are not reading carefuly what I told you. Actually I gave you link where you learn that distorted="true" is not ok as scale are to be adapted.
You see on your flat now you have huge active area above middle of the screen. This is your arrow.
Try making new style: skin_hotspotstyle_flat in skin/vtourrskin.xml where you will chage distorted to false and assign this style to your hotspot on flat scene.
