How Use a hotspot as VR cursor?

How Use a hotspot as cursor on normal mode not webvr mode?
That cursor hotspot will be displayed automatically above all other hotspots at the center
of the screen and act as cursor / pointer.
like vr_cursor, but not webvr mode.
