Mac OS error

Hello,
is anyone getting this kind of error when run krpano Tools.app on MACOS Sierra?



Same message when run any of Droplets.

@ el-si: try to move your krpano folder out of the downloads folder before you use it
zFilter plugin -- zFlare plugin -- zSnapshot plugin

Hi, i tried to do so, getting same error.

@ el-si: this is due to gatekeeper and app translocation, a security feature
you can try to first delete your krpano folder,
then copy the krpano folder freshly from the downloaded dmg to the application folder.

I tried all you mentioned. but still have same error message.
also my security option is set like this

ok, then go to terminal and type :
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine path/to/your/krpano/folder

you can also just type :
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine
followed by a space, and then drag&drop your krpano folder on the terminal window
(this will add the correct path)

then press enter!
and after giving your password all quarantine flags should get cleared.

ps. next time plz make a thread for such problems,
this has nothing to do with the kpano 1.19pr10 release

first - I have moved your post plus the following threads here to a separate thread for more clarity.

About the problem itself - normally it shouldn't be able that such happens anymore.
All krpano tools and the DMG image are code-signed with the latest OSX tools.

So can you please describe your situation - e.g. what exactly have you done after downloading the DMG image?
And do you use the default OSX Finder or some custom software for file management?

Hi Klaus,
thanks for making separate theard for this problem,
same thing just happened to me after i downloaded krpano 1.19-pr10.
i use Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit) on MacOS Sierra 10.12.5 (16F73).
i just download file, then open dmg using Finder and then copy folder on my desktop.

Hello,

Same problem for me, this morning, with the version pr12.
Chrome download, DMG open, copy/past krpano-1.19-pr12 folder into Applications/KrPano folder.

To solve:
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/KrPano/krpano-1.19-pr12
