Krpano testing server: Can't listen to port 8090!

  • Here we go again. Same problem occurs 2 days after Windows update. Yesterday, the testing server app worked a whole day without problems, and this morning after starting up my computer, I got this error message again...

    ERROR: Can't listen to port 8090!
    ERROR: Server can't be started.

    I can't find a solution. Anyone?

    maybe an other software is already using port...

    In this case you could try manually setting an other port in the settings tag.

    Btw - an option for an automatic port selection (like the tour_testingserver does) will be added in one of the next releases. Then the tool would automatically choose a free port.

    Thank you for your reply. I already tried to set another port but nothing worked.
    It seems that something is blocking the software. I even turned off the firewall and the Anti Virus. But none of this worked.
    The testing server does work when I startup in safe mode with network support.

    I have no clue what to do more.
