KR Pano HTML tour hosting

Hi,

When I deploy a kr pano vtour (FYI: i'm hosting it on
Bitballoon) i simply get a white screen with no content. Has anyone
experienced this before? I have successfully uploaded many kr pano
vtours previously which worked fine, but now all i seem to get once they
are online is a white screen. The vtours work completely fine when
viewed locally.

Do anyone have an suggestions please?

Thank you.

Hi,

try checking the Browsers Javascript console for errors or the Browsers network tab for loading errors.

Best regards,
Klaus

It seems there is an issue with the tour.js file:

TypeError: invalid arguments tour.js:1:9112

Do you know what this means please?

That depends on the case?
And is your krpano up-to-date?
Please post a link!

Thank you.

Hi,

your tour.js file is invalid!

Either it was modified manually or got corrupted during upload or your hosting is modifying it.

Try to make sure that that file keeps as it is and the tour should work.

Best regards,
Klaus

Thank you.

The tour works perfectly fine locally, but when I upload it to anywhere thats when the issue with the tour.js file happens.

Then there must be a problem either during the uploading (ascii-binary conversion?) or the hoster is modifying the file...

Do you know of any options for me to drag and drop the KR Pano tour so that it can be hosted online in a quick, simple easy way?

Thanks.

I still have this issue, and so do other people who use kr pano.

We are now trying to host the tour on Amazon AWS, but something is happening to the javascript file, as it can't locate 'embedpano'

Does anyone else get this?

It works perfectly locally, but once uploaded to view online, all we can see is a blank screen.
