Hi,
this seems to be a bug of iOS - somehow related to png transparency and WebGL alpha blending...
I have checked everything on my side and the WebGL code and everything related to this is correct. In my tests this was additionally only happening sometimes randomly, sometimes iOS was rendering correctly and sometimes not...
About hanging up - that can be related to the videoplayer plugin - in version 1.19-pr12 there was an iOS-only related bug. Please try the latest version, there this should be fixed.
Best regards,
Klaus -

Thank you! But I'm back to version 18))
Why that?
When it's working there, then because of the CSS3D rendering of the hotspots (the old 1.18 version doesn't have WebGL rendering support for hotspots).
But You can get the same in newer versions just by adding renderer="css3d" to the <hotspot>. -
And what to do with png? in the new version on the iPad the same bug with the display... in version 18 everything is fine

And what to do with png?
Just as written above - add renderer="css3d" to the <hotspot> - then the hotspot will be rendered via CSS3D (like in older versions) and so the iOS WebGL bug doesn't occur.
