How to launch a tour in Samsung Internet Browser for Gear VR locally (offline, from smartphone, without internet)?

Very interesting question: also _I have the same request, someone could help?
I was only able to use Firefox Beta and see the tour in VR Gear (using the App Play Cardboard for disable VR services) but the VR experience is much better using the native Oculus Browser

Hi,

a possibility would be using a localhost server app - then you can store your files locally on the device and serve them via that local server on the device to all browsers or other apps on the device.

There should be several apps for this in the Playstore, just search for 'localhost' or 'http server' or 'web server'.
E.g. here a good one:
