Multilevel zoom with WebGL HTML5 with spherical projected tilesets including partial panoramas

Would really love being able to use multilevel tilesets that are in spherical projection with krpano HTML5 WebGL,

We have a set of hundreds of thousands of gigapixel images in a spherical projection that are not able to be converted to cubical multilevel projection, especially because the majority are partial panoramas (much less than 360x180) and a conversion of such would be an extreme waste of resources. This is possible using the flash player version but not webgl html5. It is possible to view the tilesets of panoramas currently as flat panoramas, but would very much like to view them in their spherical space (understanding that one would have to supply angle of view and height of horizon for partial panoramas)

Any progress or hope on this front?

It will be great if in the near future we'll have fully functional HTML5 partial spherical panoramas? It's so hard to run Flash on the current browsers!

Furthermore, I'd like to know if there is any progress with the Multiple pano frames for HTML5?

Thank you!
