Relative include url (previous directory) - FATAL ERROR, loading failed

HI,

When I try to include another xml file in a directory in the previous directory, I get a fatal error or loading failed.

Code

<include url="../custom/custom.xml" />

How can I achieve this? Note, I'm testing this locally (offline) on my Mac.

Hi,

is that file below the 'root folder'

If yes - select a lower-level folder for the root folder to have access in the server to it.
