How to get all (directional sound) spots via Javascript?

I am trying to implement an html5 friendly way of 3D-Sound. For that, I want to use the already implemented directional sound spots. How can I retrieve the needed information from them via Javascript? What is the functions name? It would also be OK to get instead of a soundspot just a pointSpot, if that is easier.
Another Question: how do I get the current direction in which the user is looking?
Or is there a way to implement my own Spot that you can drag and drop in the editor?

thanks, now I might be able to make a workaround with hotspots for 3D sound, but it would be ideal if I could get the position and filename for a soundspot.
I looked in the projectname.xml and discovered that hotspots are correctly written down in xml Syntax, while soundspots are written in code. It seems like that there is no real way to get Objects from them like for hotspots.
Does someone know more about it? Why aren't they available like hotspots? (how are they called internally? tried many things and looked through many files, but couldn't find anything) Or is there another way to get the soundspots in Javascript.
