Mouse can't detect hotspot

I have hotspots within my scenes that reveal tooltips when the mouse rolls over them, but if you turn the pano a certain way the tooltip won't show. The mouse doesn't seem to even detect the hotspot. I'd like to share a link to show what I'm experiencing but I'd rather not post a link in this open forum. I'd prefer to send the link within a direct message and continue our conversation here.

Hi,

sounds very strange...
What krpano versions are you using?
And are the hotspots rendered by WebGL or CSS3D?

Beside of this you can anytime send me the link for testing by mail of course.
