Video hotspot in VR

    I added video hotspot distorted.

    Android default browser doesn't play the video hotspot but does show the preview image.
    Chrome browser on Android plays the same video hotspot.

    I know Krpano is high level library. Because of that, it's totally affected by the lower ones.
    However, any idea to solve this problem?

    what is the 'default browser' on your device?
    And what version?

    On modern Android devices, the default browser is also Chrome-based.

    There could be these reason:
    - the browser engine is simply too old for panoramic video
    - or the browser engine is based on an old Chrome version that had buggy panoramic video support (e.g. Chrome versions before 38)
    - the browser engine doesn't support certain video encodings (a mp4 file can be encoded in several different ways)

    I've never thought that 'default browser' is an app *pinch*
    As I checked right away, the browser is Samsung Internet browser version 6.5.10.5.

    As you mentioned, it seems browser problem *sad*
    I though my phone default browser is 'Android implanted default browser things"..

    We have the same problem for hotspot video and the Samsung browser with Krpano 1.19-pr.16.
    We have another app with version of Krpano 1.19-pr.3 and our hotspot video is working with Samsung browser.
    We use the same codec for the video.

    Any idea why?
