about convert tools in linux

I used to use convert tools under windows operating system. Now I want to use it under linux. When I use linux-version krpanotools to convert my images to multires image, the tools does work, but the target images contain watermark.
I don't know how to register my license in linux. furthermore, when i run krpano Tools in linux, it tips that GLIBC 2.14 ,2.15, version GLIBCXX_3.4.15 not found(required by ./krpano Tools)

What is the problem? *cursing*
