Searching for developer for limited default skin adaptation

Hey there.
We're searching for a developer who is experienced in changing/adapting skins. The journey to learn the ins and outs of this framework was very interesting but at some point we hvae to admit defeat. Hopefully this isn't to large a request but here it goes.

The skin we seek to have adapted is the standard vtourskin.xml. As far as we're aware there are basically those two views:

Normal/desktop view:

Mobile/smaller devices view:

Take note that there is only a single panorama in that tour (halfways certain, the term is "scene"). Therefor the navigational arrows on the right and left are missing from the screenshots but we want to keep those where they are and behaving as they are if there are indeed more scenes

Gyro button and vr view button should be moved to the left, right after view thumbnail and maps buttons (as it is in mobile view). If one or both of these buttons are set to false there should be no gap, the remaining buttons should align to the leftmost possible.

In full view the center elements (movement and zoom) should remain shown and be hidden in mobile view. As it is the default case.

Other requirements:

There should preferably be no changes to skin_settings. We suspect this won't be neccessary anyways. THe skin_settings should still control display of certain buttons.

We need to get a qualified bill for accounting/taxation purposes. Doesn't matter if German or EU. Also it's probably only feasible to collaborate if you either speak/write German or English. We couldn't cover anything else :)

Not sure what the ettiquette in this forum is regarding such requests but feel free to contact me via private message for full contact details.

Thanky you!
