Measuring Dimensions in interiors - krpano

Hi
I have seen some old posts on this subject, but my requirement is slightly different. I am looking at a measuring tape for checking the dimensions of the interiors of a flat in Pano. I was wondering if anyone has attempted this earlier. My works are all in 3D and not real time photography and I work for property developers.

When it comes to 3D renders, customers are always skeptical if the dimensions of the room (for ex) are exact or not. To be more transparent, my customers wish that we provide a measuring tape inside krpano so that the customer can check the room sizes.

Anything in this direction?

Regards
GP

Hi,

I have developped a measure tool using panos.
It needs 2 panos to do a measurement though.
Coinsidently today i made a teaser video.
Not ready to release yet, but ‘soon’.
