What is the best way to convert KRPano WebVR projects to iOS and Android apps?

Hi everyone !
I would like to know how to convert online KRPano 360 stills WebVR projects to apps for iOS and Android.
I understand that you can do this via Phone Gap or Cordova ... but is this easy?
Does anyone know a good developer for this?
Are there any better ways to make apps for download?
