Don´t show VR icon

I have a problem with an experience embedded in a client's site; in some cell phones it shows me the VR icon but in others it doesn't, the site has the ssl certificates.
I don't know if anyone knows why this happens.
In my cell phone I have the chrome features of the vr active, when I visit the project url it shows me the icon but when I go to the client's site it doesn't show me where it is embedded.
