Lock Flat Pano No Panning/Movement

Hi all,

I intend to use some still images as a sort of splash screen for the start of tour, but if the user clicks and drags they are able to shift the flat pano around. I've tried using different forms of limitview and hlookatmax etc but that doesn't seem like the easiest possible way to 'lock' the screen.

Is there a way to lock a flat pano to prevent the end user from being able to move it?
