Vtour droplets not working

Hi, I've recently purchased 1.20 kr pano, but when I drop my 6x1 vray cube renders onto the batch droplets, nothing happens and the command line window vanishes.

Please can you help?

Hi,

can you tell us if you use separate cube faces, for example, and what their names are?

already cleared by mail - always drop on the droplet icon itself, not into the command-line window ;-)

Hi.

I have a similar problem. Droplet doesn't work. Last time i used KRpano (1.20.5) was about 2 moths ago and it worked then. I use KRpano on macOS Monterey 12.3. I also tried downloading new version of krpano (1.20.11) but my licence key doesn't work (lat updated on 14 April 2020).
I will appreciate any help.
