I bought the license, but when I use it on the website(any domain I tried), it will prompt the error "FATAL ERROR: UNAUTHORIZED DOMAIN". What do I need to do.

Hi,
The question is: what did you put online..?
Did you drop some panos on one of the droplets and put the result online?
With the krpano tools tool you can create your own viewer (tour.js) + a lot of settings/restrictions..
Did you played with that?Tuur

Actually I just discovered by chance that aKrpano tour created 8 years ago and delivered to the Danish Radio now says it needs a licence.

I downloaded version 1.20.6 (Windows version) and registered the software; after generating the panorama, I can browse it on my own computer. But when I upload it to our server, I will prompt the unauthorized domain name. But I have no problem with 1.19.6

Hi,
what's your domain name?
Or do you have a link to your example?Actually I just discovered by chance that aKrpano tour created 8 years ago and delivered to the Danish Radio now says it needs a licence.
Do you have a link?
Maybe its uses a very very old krpano version (older than 10 years) that has an external '.license' file and they changed the server type from Apache to IIS - and IIS servers don't deliver '.license' files by default. Here the old/outdated documentation part about that:

Right, that pano is using an external license file, in this case named 'licene.xml'. When the loading of that file failed for some reason (bad connection, server overload), a license error can happen. But it should be easy to update that pano to the latest krpano version, the xml and images can be kept as they are, only replace the html file and defaultskin.xml, that should be already enough. Then the pano can be seen also in HTML5 on all devices.
