From what I remember using Devices="all" together with Devices"mobile" should work fine and
I believe I have a lot of them in my older tours.
However yesterday I wanted a special style set up for mobile using it and
whatever I did it would not update the font settings for the mobile.
After a long time I got the idea changing my old Devices="all" to Devices="dektop|tablet"
and now everything works.
