Is there a program or method to convert a spherical panoramic image to a depth map?
Can I convert a panoramic image to a depth map ??

Hello,
if you only have a panoramic standard monoscopic photo (no 3d and/or depth information) there is no method to convert it to a depth map.
Simply put, the information isn't there and cannot be extrapolated from the limited data a single photo contains. To be able to get 3d data from images you should have at least a pair of stereoscopic photos, or some kind of photogrammetry rig, to get multiple photos from known points. Depending on a lot of factors the subsequent elaboration could be tricky, tough.
Usually photos plus other 3d survey tools are used, to measure and map distances and volumes and get three-dimensional information. -

that is what everpano is for, not?

https://everpano.com/documentationTo clarify a bit for kangsj2277:
the question is about image conversion, Everpano doen not convert images to depth maps, it permits to manually model a simplified geometry. This in turn will be used as projection planes for the panoramic images, or to generate a (simplified) depth map. The modeling itself requires a good amount of manual work, depending on the number of panoramic images and the project complexity.
