Ciao a tutti, ho recentemente scaricato e attivato la licenza di Everpano + Krpano ma ci sono problemi che non mi permettono di usarlo.

Una volta esportato il Virtual Tour, si verificano 2 errori:

1) le immagini vengono spesso visualizzate distorte
2) Congelamenti virtuali e dalla console di Chrome rilevo questo errore:

Ho anche acquistato il plug-in Navigator ma al momento del pagamento con paypal ho registrato un'e-mail diversa dalla licenza Everpano e ora non riesco ad accedervi.

C'è qualcuno nella squadra che mi può aiutare? Ho inviato diverse e-mail. È molto urgente, l'ho comprato per un lavoro ma è inutilizzabile.

tried with the everpano_ui.js plugin but nothing has changed.

I didn't understand if I have to use geometries.

I can't use the program and sometimes it freezes and it doesn't make me open the saved Virtual anymore, making me lose all the work.
