Image tooltips over polygonal hotspot

Hi everyone!

Im trying to set image tooltips (.png) over polygonal hotspot inside the pointed area. I set parent= attribute, but something going wrong.

Without parent="hotspot[name]" - I see image in the center of screen, not inside hotspot area (ok!)
If I using parent="hotspot[name]" - I just cant see image anywhere. *wacko*

Need advice *confused*
