Drag Hotspot Position

I try drag hotspot into 3d view created with everpano.
In the first view the drag function works correctly.
But in the anothers view when moving the mouse, if I don't let go of it, the hotspot separates from the mouse position, but if I drag it little by little it works correctly.

I wanted to put it through the oven because I think it's the right place
the function drag is
