I have observed that for every load pano the tiles are blurred, even that tiles were downloaded and cached. Is it possible to change this behavior? I mean, if tiles were cached display oryginal tiles no preview (blurred tile).

The "blurred tiles" should disappear after the original has been loaded.
I once experienced a similar "problem" and found the simple fact that some tiles were missing in my online-tour...I checked the number of files on my local PC and compared to the number on my server.
Online 3 tiles were missing.After I re-uploaded them, everything was fine.
Maybe it is the same issue you are facing now?

I have checked your case and I have the same number of tiles.
I have the impression that I have misspelled the problem. My blurred tiles dissapear after oryginal content is loaded, but if I load the same pano which was laded before (tiles had been downloaded, cached, etc) I see blurred tiles again. Where it souldn't be in my opinion.

Even when the image files itself are loaded from the browser cache, they still always need to be decoded and uploaded to the GPU.
