How to keep hotspot size and position when zooming ?

Hi guys, I'm currently trying to do somehting like this :

https://services.vor-immobilier.fr/Emerige/Garenne/Cyclorama/

When we zoom, hotspot keeps the same size and the same position, but when I try with my own app, hotspots become bigger.

Somebody could explain me how I can do that ?
