absolutly awsome! that is a really nice skin. I am new to KRpano and would love to know how someone would go about making a "SKIN". Is the skin designed in the flash package or is it XML, HTML? How does one go about making a skin?

Very nice tour package.


re VN on skins...
You can make a skin by creating the graphics files in whichever software you like (gimp, inkscape, photoshop, etc) and then placing them on the screen as "plugins"... same way you would add your logo image file.

In order to compensate for variable screen sizes you could create your border edges as thin strips (i.e. top border image would be 50px high but only 2 px wide) and then set the width to 100% in the xml file.

You would then layer the additional image elements on top of the basic border using the zorder attribute for the plugin.

edit:
One thing to keep in mind though. If you use cylindrical images, then the top/bottom borders will effectively cut off a portion of the image. On spherical, the viewer can just pan up / down to see the areas behind the border.

I have a 12.1 inch laptop and the upper parts of text fields could not be seen then I could not close the extfields. You may add a close link to the bottom part of long ones or all ones.. ;-)

The hotspot on the panorama starts the small picture only. The loupe is a different plugin.

ahhh...

in the " sala konferencyjna' when you click on a foto camera you load a text field .. when you click on the zoom logo you load a new partial pano with the zoomify plugin. (??) Is that what you do there???? *confused*

i've another question:

when i click on dodaj firme the textfield comes and when i close it it goes away side ways *love*

how do you get that it not stays somwhere??? i had this problem... that it doesn't dissapears totaly ..*evil*

Can you show the code for that??

finally found the zoomify thing you were asking about. I think you are correct. Looks like a new zoomify based flat image is loaded from the text field that comes up. Then the zoomify "pano" has an image plugin that links back to the sourcing pano. All very nice and interesting.

For the sliding menu... you can setup two actions
- one for sliding in
- one for sliding out

You'll use the "tween" function to change the locating coordinates (x or y or both) for the plugin...

Note that the plugin coordinates should be set originally to something that has the plugin off the visible stage... and on your "out" action, it moves it back off the screen.

I'm not sure if it's good practice to also set the visibility to "false" when a plugin is off the visible stage... maybe someone else could comment on that.

You can of course make up more intricate actions that change coordinates for 2 or more plugins...

Hello

Forgive that you had to wait. The solution is different a bit. This is not textfield but "plugin" loading, when I click on foto camera (but is not difference ;-) ).
And zoom is not Zoomify module, becouse the Zoomify fits the size to the screen and this is bad in this case. We use Krpano flat panorama.

"Tween" (move for left in this example) lasts exactly as much time, how as the command "wait" shows. If you do not give this command plugin the movement will execute in time 0 *sad* .
