trouble with Bing Maps

I have had a BINGS MAP account since 2012, I used it for several years without problem. I haven't used it in a while. But when trying to use it now it shows me a message from Google: "This page cannot load Google Maps correctly".
And the place where the map should be displayed shows me a repetitive message: "For development purposes only" The Bing Maps account is active and without problem. I have read everything about errors, threads in the forum, but I can not clarify anything. I hope someone can give me a hint on what to do.
