Some tools are not displayed depending on device used

In tour.xml I disable some tools.

The toolbar displays okay in an iMac Safari

The toolbar only displays Full Screen and Hide tool in a Wordpress post iframe

The toolbar only displays Hide tool in a landscape full screen display of an iPhone iOS 14
