360 Images are big

Hello, I want you to help me with something. I know there are people who are experienced in 360 photos here. I own oculus quest 2. I've reviewed many 360 tours using oculus quest 2. The photos of all the 360 tours I reviewed looked huge to me. Everything is so big, I'm small :) The only virtual tour where I don't experience this disturbing image is this demo https://everpano.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/3d/gravina/index.html Why is the images of all the tours I'm reviewing so big but this demo is very good? I'm thinking of buying Everpano, but there's something I'm curious about. Do I have to use a special camera to get the images right, like in this demo? Or should I use a different photography technique? Please assist me. Thank you
