Stereoscopic 360 settings for cubestrip (youtube format?) video

Hello :) I'm trying to figure out the proper settings (or if it's even possible) for KRPano to playback a sterescopic 360 video encoded in whatever format youtube uses internally?
If I download a video from youtube (as a test, not for any commercial purposes), it appears like the image below, with 4 vertical strips; 2 per eye, and each strip appears to be 3 squares of a cubemap...

Are there any settings for KRPano (image, sphere, cubestrip, etc...) that will make that play properly in a VR headset?
