I created a 3D model from Reality Capture, I exported the texture file and the obj file, then I put them in Krpano code , like this:

when I run the tour.html, at first the screen appear the a round picture like this:
and after a moment (maybe a long time), the correct picture appeared. like this:
1. your obj is probably too detailled, reduce the mesh as much as possible
2. don't use png for model textures
use jpg and reduce the size & quality as much as possible
3. disable depthmap.subdivision
4. dont use sphere, use depthmap.texurl

</image>I think your texture is already loaded while the model is not.
Apart from the other suggestions given, have a look at texurlattribute in the depthmap instead of <sphere> (only krpano 1.21)
