examples\maps with radar ?

Hi, I have been able to add the map to my tour by looking at the examples\maps\maps.xml file. But I want to add a radar to that map. Could anyone please help me understand where codes for the radar would be added ? It's very confusing to get going hehe.

I was able to add the radar by adding this <layer>

But when I drag the map, the radar layer stay behind and don't move with the spot icon.

I can see that the spot icon is created inside the

<action name="load_map_viewer"...

But then how can I lock the radar layer to the icon spot and not the map layer ?
