examples\maps with radar ?

Hi, I have been able to add the map to my tour by looking at the examples\maps\maps.xml file. But I want to add a radar to that map. Could anyone please help me understand where codes for the radar would be added ? It's very confusing to get going hehe.

I was able to add the radar by adding this <layer>
