question on creating skin

I an creating a skin for a project, the image is 30px by 30px. I want this image to repeat itself for the left and right sides. I do not want the 1 image to stretch so I cannot set height to 100% as that just stretches the one image from top to bottom. how would one go about repeating an image over and over again reguardless of monitor resolution, or am I asking to much?

Damn :(

It would be a nice feature. You do great work Klaus.

Would anyone know if this would be possible then. I have done some looking on the internet but cannot find a solid solution and I am no web genius by any means. How could I call an _blank window and make it a static size and only give the option to close the windows with the X and not resize them? I could then dictate what the window size would be and thus be able to make an appropriatly sized skin for the window that cannot change size. If I ask to much please just tell me to shut up :)

I couldn't find if this was ever implemented? Some kind of "repeat-x" / "repeat-y"
