Two tools not working

Whenever I try to use the transform droplet I get the run box error messge:

'C:\Documents' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Press any key to continue...

I press any key and the run box disappears with no result.

When I try to use the Makestiles tool, the runtime box flashes for a monent, then disappears, again with no result.

The multires & preview tools work fine.

I have a licensed version of the tools. What can be the problem ?

I just now suspect I have to run these from the command prompt ! But tell me it's not so. I haven't had to fiddle with DOS since the bad old days of 3.1. I only tested makemultires before buying.

I'm amazed. A command prompt app ? Maybe I've slipped in time by 20 years...

In any case, I still can't get them working.

there was a problem/bug in the ktransform droplet with "blanks" in the path,
this is fixed now - please try to new krpano tools 1.0.8 beta 6

the kmaketiles tool is for command line usage only,
it is for manual splitting images, this tool can be used on servers for example
to automate image generation,

best regards,
