Type Coercion error when embedding KRPano in AS3

I am getting this error when loading KRPano inside another Flash app. I am using the flash-CS4-embed-example and it works when I run it locally but the problem is when I try it on my production server I get this error:
TypeError: Error #1034: Type Coercion failed: cannot convert krpano_as3_interface@68ddc549 to krpano_as3_interface.

at kflashpano::Kpano/kpanoReady()
at kflashpano::Kpano/kengineReady()
at krpano.Kengine::KengineInterface/f10ready()

Here is my setup:
KRPano, license, xml file and images are one server.
The swf that is attempting to load KRPano is on another server.

Any help would be appreciated...
