combo box, single quote and double quote

Hello,

When i try to add an item that contains a single quote( ' ) or a double quote( " ) to the combobox, i get "combobox additem() syntax error". And i get this error message, even when i use html entities for the single quote and double quote. Is there any work around for this or should i just strip off those offending characters.

without spaces for '

Hi,

I saw that thread. 8217 is for apostrophe. I am looking for single quote and double quote. Single quote is & # 039 ; . And krpano player throws an error when it comes across those characters.

They suggest to use

& # 8 2 1 6 ; (without spaces) for the opening quote and
& # 8 2 1 7 ; (without spaces) for the closing quote or apostrophe

It works for me.
