Downloaded the version (Universal Binary) and it works. *smile*
The 64bit version doesn't work on my Mac (10.6.6)

No problem on my iMac 10.6.6.I can not see what your problem is.
You still have not answered which tool you have used.

I used make pano multires.. The panorama was stiched in Autopano Giga.

Thanks for your help. I followed your instructions at work on a Windows Pc, And guess what...It works.
At home at my Mac, it doesn't work.
There is a difference in the image output. On the Windows Pc there are 6 jpg files for Flash, 6 for iPad and 6 for iPhone.
On the mac there are 6 for iPad, 6 for iPhone and 294 (?) for Flash. Something is going wrong on my Mac.

Well then there is something wrong with your Windows version or setup. You probably did not use the multiresolution tool.

As you now say you make multiresolution you should have much more than 6 images for flash.
294 does not sound very much , it sound like the correct for 3 levels.
