Ah thank you very much. I thought it would be enough to use the most recent versions of both.

Works fine now! Thank you very much
oh... only checked in Safari with different user agents. Works fine. But my real ipod Safari crashes as soon as I open the combobox and try to choose from it or close it again without choosing.
[edit:]
Seems to be a memory problem of my old iPod touch, 1st generation. The combobox contains 31 scenes. When I reduce it to 26 scenes, it works fine as well on the ipod.

Hi again,
On 1.0.8.14, the progress bar seems to always appear under the plugins. I think this is a problem, because very often I start the tour with a "Loading" screen and want to show the progress bar over it.
I found this on the release notes, which is probably related to the problem:
* the loading progress animations are now aligned inside the pano area
Perhaps a solution would be to have a "zorder" parameter for the progress bar and wait circle?
Thanks,
Manuel

right, in the 1.0.8.14 there is a change here, but the progress bar will only below a plugin the when the plugin was defined with parent="STAGE", normal plugins or hotspot will be still below the progress bar,
but this is the right way how it should work,
parent="STAGE" means outside and above the pano element/area,
I think I will add a setting for the progress bar to let it appear also at stage level/size (like before),
best regards,
Klaus
Thanks. The problem for me is that usually I want the splash screen to be over other plugins which have parent="STAGE", and therefore it also needs to have STAGE as its parent.
When are we going to see a new release, the last release was 9 months ago.
Klaus releases all versions at the same time.
Klaus's answer to this question has always been "when it's ready". It seems he does not like to over promise and then be unable to deliver. However, he has been saying "soon" so that is always a good sign.
Hi,
the 1.0.8.14 is almost ready, I now checking the last bug reports and will try to fix them. When this is done I will release again a beta/release-candidate version for the time until the documentation is fully updated. And when the 1.0.8.14 documentation also is ready and there are no big new bugs or problems the version will be released and placed on the normal download page.
Best regards,
Klaus
Getting nervous ...

Getting excited ...
Hi Klaus,
Congratulation...
Just need to ask one thing. As i have already purchased the previous version. Is my old license key of previous version should work with new version? or should I have to make request for new license key for new version (1.0.8.14) ?
Thanks
Pratiks
Hi pratiks,
Updates / Upgrades
The licenses are valid for all current and following versions!
Just download the latest software here at the Download page.If you want to upgrade from a Domain License to the krpano License (no domain limitation, formerly known as Unlimited Domain License) please take a look here ⇒ Upgrades.
SAlut.
I just discovered that there is now a version saying krpano Viewer 1.0.8.14 (build 2011-11-22)
My last update is from 2011-10-21
I do not see any info anywhere about this new build. Whats the difference. What has been changed.
Its really irritating with updates that do not say anything about changes. Not even the releasenotes.txt in the download tell you about it.
Hans
He Hans,
this is the wrong post for that..
here is the one

Cheers

Well thats what I say. This news thread should of course be found from the download page.
When you look at the download page there is no info at all about releases and changes as you are used to from other software.
You should not need to search a forum to find that.
Hans
Hi,
right, this was the old thread about the pre-release / release-candidate versions,
the 1.0.8.14 version and its updates have an own thread - just see the news sub-forum - the 1.0.8.14 thread is at the top,
QuoteYou should not need to search a forum to find that.
also right, but why not looking on the main "NEWS" page?
this would be the intended place where to look for news...
there is a link to the list of changes and also a link to the forum entry about it:

Klaus
hmm...not sure where to post bug-reports for 1.0.8.15 now?!
The onidle-interrupt, or what ever it is responsible for the autorotation/user activity-thingy, seems to not working correct with the new release on iphones! The autorotation stops on every user-activity (finger down) on plugins and continues just after the finger is taking away from the device. Normaly the autorotation should´nt be affected at all if a plugin is touched. This behavior makes dragable plugins responding really, really bad
The Hotfix you´ve send me for the Hotspot disappears-Problem, Klaus, worked perfectly! The older release (from 16-03-2012) still had the problem that the autorotation stops on every user-activity. But the Hotfix solved both problems! The oninterrupt-error and the disappearing hotspots.
Best regards

Hi Klaus,
