It all depends on the market I guess.
Apple won't adopt flash so Ipads/Iphones will stay JS
JS gets interesting with the webGL, but it will take ages for all the major browsers adopt it (chrome and safari only atm)
So Flash: No Apple users
javascript: No IE / Mozilla users
And I think, that flash will sooner be adopted by Apple, then 3d JS by IE. If you look at the development rate of IE, and how it's always behind all the other browsers. After years IE tend to copy stuff from Mozilla/Chrome.
Alsoo there is the part that Google OS comes out soon. A free OS. This will probally be installed on new pc's and laptops (so retailers can scrape 50-100 euro from the price and be more competitive). And everyone will be using google Chrome.
It's hard to say which way the web goes atm. Imo krpano should keep the dualitity.
