Field of view frame plugin for flat panoramas

Hi,

is there a plugin which allows to show a thumb of my gigapixel panorama with a frame showing the region which is now being observed? This is a typical plugin for maps, but I can't find a way to do this with a panorama. I have a gigapixel flat pano (a painting), and I need to show which part of the painting is now on the screen. This is especially good at close zooms, when you can't even understand where you are.

Thanks

Hi!

Do you mean that navigator window in the right bottom corner in the Google Art Project? (example).
